Resiliency Health Partners

Integrative Nutrition and Lifestyle Wellness

What is rhp?

Resiliency Health Partners is a multidisciplinary and collaborative wellness practice comprised of individual health care providers dedicated to partnering with you to educate, support, and encourage positive, life-giving change. We examine core clinical imbalances underling a disease or condition, rather than viewing health from a symptoms only perspective. A personalized, whole-foods nutrition plan and lifestyle interventions offer a comprehensive, truly optimized healthcare experience. We believe nutrients are necessary, multipurpose molecules designed to support life, promote wellbeing, and optimize health. Therefore, biochemical individuality, evidence-based approaches, and patient-centered care are the foundations of our practice.

Christina Rose, MS PT

Christina is a licensed Physical Therapist who received her bachelors in biology then went on to get her masters in Physical Therapy, with honors from University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey. She has more than 20 years of experience in various Physical Therapy settings including acute care, skilled nursing facility, aquatic therapy and outpatient.  Over the last 10 years her focus has been on outpatient orthopedics treating all ages. She enjoys getting to know her clients and formulating individualized treatment plans designed to optimize function and get them back to doing what they love.  A clinician and educator, she is passionate about multidisciplinary and collaborative approaches to health and wellness. She believes strongly that in order to improve function and foster wellbeing, equilibrium must be achieved through the integration of the whole system.  Nutrition plays a vital role in the healing process of acute musculoskeletal injury as well as the management of chronic pain and illness.  A patient’s nutritional status either enhances or hinders recovery and therefore has a direct effect on the work in Physical Therapy.  Christina, a Foodie at heart, loves to cook and talk food with clients, family and friends. She lives in Bluemont, Virginia, with her husband and two sons.  In her spare time she enjoys reading, spending time at the beach, and watching her sons play ice hockey.

Laura Soudant, MS, PTA

Hi, I'm Laura Soudant, a Clinical Nutritionist specializing in integrative and functional medicine with a focus on Diabetes Care, Education, and Management.
I take a patient-centered approach to healing, blending conventional and complementary therapies to treat the whole person, not just isolated symptoms. I understand that each individual is unique, which is why I take the time to listen to your personal health history and consider how lifestyle, environment, and genetics can influence your long-term well-being.
My goal is to empower you to take control of your health through a customized plan that addresses your specific needs. Whether you're managing diabetes, working towards weight loss, or simply seeking a healthier lifestyle, I'm here to support you with evidence-based, holistic strategies that improve your quality of life.
With my background in physical therapy, I bring a well-rounded perspective to health, helping clients create sustainable habits that lead to lasting results. I'm currently working towards becoming a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and am following a unique pathway to become a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES).            My husband and I, along with our three children, love spending time outdoors and on our family farm. We also stay busy traveling to support our kids at their various sporting events, as they are all very involved in sports. In addition to family time, I enjoy cooking and reading in my spare time.
Let's work together to optimize your health and well-being!

“If we could give every individual the right amount of nourishment and exercise, not too little and not too much, we would have the safest way to health.”
